From there, a good career manager will help you figure out a career that meets all of those criteria. Once they have figured everything out, you will be a lot happier with your career and your life.

You can also learn how to do your own career planning by reading books and websites on the subject. This can save a lot of money and also help you learn about the many ways to find a better job.
