If there are vacancies in the complex that you work for, you could spend your day setting up advertisements for the open apartment. You could also show the apartment to prospects, or run their applications and credit checks if they think they want to take it. If there aren't any vacancies, then you will likely spend a lot of time listening to tenants, organizing maintenance staff, and receiving rent checks.
