Unfortunately, it is almost impossible to get a job as a manager in a company if you don't have any previous management experience. This is just a fact of the business. First thing is first. You need to start working for a company. You should choose one that you wouldn't mind doing regular employment work for. When you first get this entry level career in management, you should express to your superiors that you have a desire to move of in the company. Specifically mention your leadership and motivational skills so that you can sow the seed in your bosses head. Then, when you are doing your regular work, do the best job that you can, while also finding ways to demonstrate those leadership and motivational skills that you mention. If you are good, before long they will come to you with a promotion into a management position.

From your entry level career in management you will be able to then go on to other companies and apply for jobs in management because you will have experience.
