This can include deciding who to hire or fire. Having a productive and content staff is one of the most beneficial elements of a business. When someone is first hired the management staff will most often give them an employee’s manual which will cover all the basics about the company and the policies they must abide by. If the staff does not follow policy or do not understand the policies then it can interfere with performance and reduce productivity and could even result in the termination of that employee.
